NDE inspection

Our inspection team consists of three certified welding inspectors as well as many level II and III inspectors in Visual test (VT), Dye Penetrant test (LP/PT), Magnetite particle test (MT), and other methods of Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) .

Our CWI will go over all relevant documents, such as construction plans and welding procedures, to ensure they are in accordance with the customer's specifications and the applicable code requirements.

 

Our inspectors participate in on-site inspections to provide service to our customers based on their needs, such as casting, forging, and welding inspections, to clarify any type of defect on client parts on new products or in-service components.

Among the project types for which we have rendered Certified Welding Inspection services are High Rise Buildings, Pressure Vessels, Bridges, Storage Tanks, Pipelines, Industrial Complexes, Oil and Gas, Wastewater, Petrochemical, Airports, Commercial Complexes, Energy, Automotive, Aerospaceand Heavy Equipment.

 

NDE procedures and training / training Aids

 

To fulfill your requirements for your QC/QA department for your shop, SII offers the service of writing and/or approving NDE procedures in accordance with codes and standards including AWS, ASME section V, ASME section VIII Div.1, ASME section III, ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, ASME B16.34, API 6A, ANSI, and ASNT.

Additionally, SII will send you a free update per the most recent revision of Standards and codes as soon as it is published.
